Booth requests are to be submitted with contract.
All contracts received by December 31st will be assigned during early space assignment in January 2021. The order of assignment will be determined by the date the SAAC booth contract was submitted and SAAC Expo sponsorship level at 2019 show and 2021 show.
To be included in early space assignment, exhibit fees must be received by December 31, 2020. Exhibitors who select the deposit plan will owe $500 per booth by *December 31, 2021. Final payment will be due by June 1, 2021.
*If receiving complimentary participation in the SAAC Virtual Pop Event, a $500 deposit for SAAC Expo 2021 is due no later than July 27, 2020.
